ONLINE WORKSHOP series
Over the course of 4 sessions, artist Melanie King will be creating a space for young women to gain wisdom and knowledge of their intuition from the folk story “The Doll in her Pocket: Vasalisa the Wise”, as retold in the NYT bestselling book Women Who Run With the Wolves.
Integrating storytelling, discussion, journaling, collage and bookmaking, participants will explore the themes outlined below, and complete the series with a collection of meaningful artwork, and a book, designed to support them as they navigate their teen years and into young adulthood.

This is a story about handing down the blessings of women’s power of intuition from mother to daughter, from one generation to the next.
This great power, intuition, is composed of lightning-fast inner seeing, inner hearing, inner sensing, and inner knowing.
